Ability Options Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan

Posted 21 June 2017

We are proud to announce that we will be launching our Ability Options Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) with a formal launch event to be held at our Seven Hills office on Friday 23 June.

The Ability Options Stretch RAP is an organisational commitment to continue to strengthen and shape our relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Elders and service providers through building relationships and respect as well as creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We commissioned an original piece of artwork to celebrate our Stretch RAP The Artwork was created over many months by Aboriginal artist Jade Williams.  Jade is a Wiradjuri/Paakantji man from Western NSW with links mainly to Condobolin in NSW. The artwork celebrates and acknowledges Ability Option commitment to reconciliation, connection and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
