Ability Options dedicated team of professionals provide a range of Early Intervention services for children who have NDIS plans.
We support families and children to identify individual goals and work towards reaching those goals. We can assist with your child starting preschool and/or transitioning to primary school. Your team includes:
Meet the Therapy Team
We provide services using the transdisciplinary model. We will help you choose a key worker who will coordinate therapy and to link you to the therapy team. We will help you plan how this will work best for your family in a way that suits your child’s/children’s individual goals and needs.
This diagram illustrates how we apply this approach when working with you. The model involves a key worker - the main person who supports the individual or family to achieve their goals. Family and friends are valued members of the team.
