Our NDIS specialist counselling services help people improve their daily living, navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals.

What is NDIS specialist counselling?

NDIS specialist counselling is a capacity-building support designed to help participants improve their daily living by helping identify their strengths, navigate challenges, set realistic goals and practical ways to achieve them. It provides person-centred guidance that supports emotional wellbeing, personal growth and greater social and economic participation.

Our Specialist Counsellors have a deep understanding of the impacts of mental ill-health, disability and disadvantage and the vital role that social and economic inclusion plays in building confidence and quality of life. We offer one-on-one and group counselling, using practical strategies and evidence-based techniques to help you manage challenges, build resilience and take steps towards your personal goals.
