Welcome to Country
Ability Options recognise the significant contributions made by Aboriginal organisations, community members and individuals in shaping culturally appropriate services. Uncle Greg Simms is an Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer with Ability Options Employment at Mount Druitt and actively engages with the local community.

Our mission is to support people who need assistance to achieve their aspirations and inclusion in the community. We are committed to increasing opportunities for independence and choice, and ensuring our participants are among those who drive change within the organisation.

Established in 1976, by the late Greg McIntyre OAM, Ability Options originated as a union between the Rotary Club of Guildford and the NSW Health Commission.

Each year the Ability Options strategic plan establishes outcomes aligned with the vision and mission of the organisation. These ourcomes and ongoing progress are monitored monthly by our Board of Directors.
