Our mission is to support people who need assistance to achieve their aspirations and inclusion in the community. We are committed to increasing opportunities for independence and choice, and ensuring our participants are among those who drive change within the organisation.
More about Mission
Ability Options began in 1976 from a union between the Rotary Club of Guildford and the NSW Health Commission to enable people to move from large institutions into their own home. Today we provide a range of services from 25 sites in NSW and have over 900 employees.
