Our Forster Day Programs offer friendly, social activities for adults with NDIS plans. Programs run Monday to Friday at our centre and out in the community, with activities tailored to your interests and goals.

What You Can Expect

  • Learn everyday skills like cooking, budgeting, and personal care
  • Make friends through group games, shared meals, and creative activities
  • Feel good with music, art, sensory activities, and movement
  • Get out and about with regular outings, volunteering, and local events
  • Choose your path with programs that match your NDIS goals
  • Feel safe and supported with help from staff experienced in behaviour support, epilepsy management, catheter care, and mealtime/dysphagia support
  • Access transport for community outings and safe travel to and from the centre

Our centre is designed for comfort and learning, with:

  • A kitchen for cooking and barista training
  • Creative art and sensory spaces
  • Quiet areas for relaxation
  • Equipment to support mobility and sensory needs

Our Forster Day Programs have a strong community focus, offering regular outings, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships with local cafés, businesses, and events. Be supported to
engage meaningfully in your community and showcase your developing skills at public events like pop-up cafés and open days. These experiences will help you build confidence and independence.
