Who can access services at Ability Options Seven Hills?

We offer disability supports to NDIS participants and people living with disability who access supports through other types of funding such as Lifetime Care and Support (LTCS) or Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA.)  


 I don’t have funding. Can I pay a fee for service?

Yes, if you do not have funded supports, you are able to pay a fee for disability supports. Contact us for more information


Do I need a referral to access services at Ability Options Seven Hills?  

No referral is needed. Just get in touch with us via phone or web enquiry, and one of our people will talk you through how we can support you . 


Are walk-ins accepted or do I need an appointment? 

Walk-ins are welcome at Ability Options Seven Hills. If you have questions about our services, feel free to visit us and we will do our best to help you.  


Is parking available onsite?

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at our office and day program centre.  


Is Ability Options Seven Hills wheelchair accessible? 

Yes, our Seven Hills site is fully accessible for people with mobility needs. We offer ramp access, accessible facilities, and on-site support to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors.  


What are your operating hours?

Our office is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Our one-on-one supports are available 24/7.  


Do you support participants outside of Seven Hills? 

We proudly support participants living in Seven Hills, the Hills Shire, Blacktown, and a wide range of surrounding suburbs – including Toongabbie, Pendle Hill, Girraween, Prospect, Lalor Park, Kings Langley, Winston Hills, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Norwest, Glenwood, Kellyville, Beaumont Hills, The Ponds and even Brookvale. 


Can services be delivered in-home and remotely? 

Yes, as well as hosting in centre day programs and social groups for people living with disability, we also provide one-on-one support in the home and in the community. In addition, NDIS support services such as Support Coordination and Plan Management can be delivered remotely.  


Is Ability Options Seven Hills a Registered NDIS Service Provider? 

Yes, Ability Options Seven Hills is a Registered NDIS Service Provider, approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver NDIS funded supports and services.  


Can you help me apply for the NDIS?  

A Local Area Coordinator is the best person to help you apply for the NDIS.  Search for a Local Area Coordinator near you.   


Can you help me understand my NDIS Plan?  

Yes! If you have a NDIS Plan, we can support you to understand your plan, connect to services and manage your funding through our Support Coordination and Plan Management services. 


Are your staff qualified and experienced in disability support?

Yes – our team includes experienced support workers, practice managers and support coordinators, all with strong backgrounds in the disability sector and NDIS. Our support workers are trained to support people of all abilities and needs – including personal care, behavioural support and complex support requirements – ensuring safe, respectful and person-centred care.  


Can I meet with a support worker before starting services? 

Absolutely – you’re welcome to visit our Seven Hills site, tour the day centre and meet your support team before starting services. It’s a great way to get to know us, ask questions and feel confident about the support you’ll receive. 


Can I get help with independent living?  

Yes, Ability Options Seven Hills offers tailored, one-on-one disability support - at home or in the community - focused on helping you live more independently
