Brendan's fit to work 

Brendan was a participant in the Ability Options WorkReady program. Parramatta based, Ability Options Employer Liaison Consultant, Larry, received a job opportunity for a General Hand position at Anytime Fitness and working closely with the Ability Options WorkReady team, he put forward Brendan for work experience. Supported by his Work Ready consultant, work experience proved to be valuable as Brendan was able to learn his tasks and adjust himself to working.

Now after 10 weeks of paid employment Brendan is performing well, requiring less assistance from his support worker and gaining greater confidence and independence. Brendan’s manager at Anytime Fitness is pleased with the progress Brendan has made and says that Brendan “is now a valued member of the team”. Well Done and Congratulations Brendan.
