Our success is due to the large range of services we provide to job seekers. We’ll work with you to find your perfect role.

Understanding your career goals, current situation, personal interests, previous experience and skills mean we can better connect you with the right employment opportunity. Our dedicated and experienced team of Employment Consultants genuinely care about finding you the right job and supporting you to make sure it’s a success for you and for your new employer.
 

Developing your skills to secure the right job.

• Career Coaching: We provide specialised support to help you overcome obstacles to find and keep a job and work with you to develop a Job Plan.
• Job Ready training: We offer industry specific training and development to ensure you have the skills and training needed to excel in your job.
• Job Search: We provide the use of computers, wifi access, phones and photocopiers assist you while looking for work
• Resume writing advice: We help you tailor your resume/CV to promote your skills and experience to employers.
• Interview skills and tips: We assist you to maximise your chance of success in interviews by helping you prepare and practice for interviews so that you feel confident during the interview process.
• Dressed for success: We provide you with assistance to dress appropriately to make a good first impression at a job interview.
• Work Experience: We also offer work experience and internships for you to trial a job to see if it is the right fit for you.
• Post placement support: Even after finding you a job, we stay in touch with you and your employer to provide any additional on the job support.

To be eligible to access our services for free you need to be one of the following:

• Be an Australian Citizen
• Looking for work and not working full time
• Looking for work and not studying full time
• Working but you are at risk of losing your job due to an injury or health condition
