Ability Options’ Hornsby-based Workforce Partner Courtney was recently recognised with a top award from CoAct for her work supporting people to find employment and develop their work skills.
Courtney has worked in the employment services sector with Ability Options for two and a half years, and being passionate about supporting people, has been awarded the DES Steve Lawrence Employment Consultant of the Year Award.
“It was such a surprise to receive this award” Courtney says.
“My day to day is to make sure I can best support my participants, and to receive this level of recognition for my work supporting people reach their goals means a lot to me.”
The awards highlight that frontline staff who are well-connected and focus on using innovative approaches and exceptional service delivery play a key role in addressing barriers and creating lasting impact in people’s lives.
