From Monday, 21 August, not-for-profit disability and employment services provider Ability Options has partnered with for-purpose employment services collective CoAct to deliver its Disability Employment Services (DES) program.
Partnering with this national network of for purpose providers, who all work together to create opportunities for participants and service partners, will give Ability Options and our staff access to a broader range of resources increasing our capacity to provide high quality outcomes to our participants in the DES program.
Mark Chaffey, Ability Options’ Chief Operating Officer – Specialist Services said he is excited at the opportunities this partnership will bring to participants and the sector as a whole in NSW.
“I’m very excited at the opportunity to extend Ability Options’ relationship with CoAct beyond our implementation of the Workforce Australia program,” he said.
“Partnering with this national network of providers, which all work together to create opportunities for participants and service partners, will allow Ability Options to continue to provide high quality outcomes to our employment services participants in our DES program.”
CoAct CEO Simon Brown said this partnership underscores the mutual commitment of both CoAct and Ability Options to transform lives through sustainable employment. With Ability Options on board, CoAct solidifies its standing as the 7th largest national DES provider.
“Ability Options joining us to deliver disability employment services reflects our unwavering dedication to improving lives through employment,” said Simon.
