  • The service will be offered at an Ability Options site, or via teleconferencing/Zoom, only.
  • Maximum of 10 hours COS support will be provided free of charge and can be used for the period of the current plan only. 
  • Full implementation of the NDIS plan will be provided as well as required Coordination reports/recommendation.
