People of all ages can be a part of Ability Options’ community and social activities. We tailor groups to make sure you spend time with people close to your age and with similar interests.

• Western Sydney: 18 years and over. Programs and activities for youth, adults, and seniors.
• Northern Sydney: 5 years and over. Programs and activities for kids, teenagers, youth, adults and seniors.

• Kempsey: 9 years and over. Programs and activities for children, teenagers, youth, adults and seniors.
• Nambucca: 35 years and over. Programs and activities for adults, and seniors.
