A message from our CEO | The Voice Spring 2024
It has been a very busy winter for the sector and our organisation. I wanted to share an update on the organisation and our focus for the next year.
Ability Options has recommitted to our strategy, called “Towards 2030”, as well as our Mission, Vision, and Values with a refreshed focus on putting people first that will ultimately enable us to better support you through your services and achieve your goals.
Another goal for Ability Options going forward is to be more future facing. We will work to grow our services carefully, limit change and create more stability for our employees to continue the great work they do supporting participants.
Our third and final goal is to simplify and stabilise as far as we can in the face of huge changes in our sector and for participants and staff.
