What is DES?

Disability Employment Service (DES) is an Australian Government program that helps support people with a disability, injury or health condition to find and keep a job.

What is Workforce Australia?

Workforce Australia is an Australian Government scheme helping people to find work, and will support employers to find the right staff for their business.

What is NDIS Employment Assistance?

There are two ways you can access employment assistance via the NDIS, through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and Finding and Keeping a Job (FaKJ), offered as part of our WorkReady programs.

What is Work Assist?

A free service funded by the Australian Government that helps employees facing challenges stay employed and businesses and employers retain valuable team members.

There are lots of ways to access our support, with a range of funding options for services.

The NDIS — The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) helps people with disability access funding to live their lives to the fullest. As a registered NDIS provider, we can help you get the most out of your NDIS plan, no matter your goals or needs.

NDIS Employment Assistance — The NDIS provides two ways for people to access employment assistance: School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) and Finding and Keeping a Job (FaKJ). We can help you develop the skills and prepare you to enter the workforce through your NDIS plan.

DES — Disability Employment Services (DES) is a government program that helps people with disability, an injury, or other health conditions step into the workforce. Whether you need help applying for a job online or need the right clothing, DES is here to help.

Workforce Australia — Workforce Australia is a government scheme helping people to find work. Our mentors can equip you with the necessary skills to land your dream role, from drafting a resume to connecting you with businesses looking for staff.

ParentsNext — Returning to work after becoming a parent can be challenging. ParentsNext simplifies this transition by providing ongoing support, from setting short and long-term goals to helping them access helpful services in their local community.

Work Assist — Work Assist helps people with disability, health conditions, or other challenges stay within their current roles. We can offer counselling and therapy services, restructure for your current role or provide the necessary equipment to keep you working.
