Ability Options helps to facilitate social groups for people who identify as LGBTIQA+ to connect, socialise and partake in fun activities, together.
The focus is to provide an age appropriate, safe and supported space for people to achieve their social inclusion goals, where privacy is protected. The groups emerged from an existing inclusion group where stakeholders identified they struggled to find a place of belonging, as there were gaps in services in the community.
GLAM Plus is a community initiative supported by the Northern Beaches City Council.
