MindSquad is our youth mental fitness program that gives young people tools and techniques to build resilience and self-confidence. The program combines relatable and relevant educational content with practical strategies around self-care and self-regulation to provide a platform for shifts in thinking and mindset.

The aim within the program is to provide participants with some new information and insights; remind them of what they may have learned in the past and help to create some positive shifts and increase in overall mental fitness.

Program Overview

The MindSquad program is for young people aged between 15 – 25 and can be delivered in schools, job clubs and in partnership with other youth focused services such as Transition to Work.
